Rescue and Rehabilitation
We make every effort to restore the physical and emotional health of the dogs we rescue, ideally by finding them homes. We find dogs that have been run over, that have lived tied up, mistreated and in inhumane conditions. These dogs suffer from the full range of diseases and disabilities that an animal living on the streets can have.

Sterilization Campaigns
Cruzada has conducted seven major campaigns in southern Lima. We work in disadvantaged and precarious areas, often having to create improvised surgical units.
We also fund many other sterilization campaigns.

Millions of abandoned dogs on the streets of Peru suffer physical and emotional pain due to the abuse, neglect, hunger, and diseases to which they are exposed. Despite Crusade's efforts, our work only scratches the surface of the problem.

Cruzada for Life always strives to find a home for every rescued dog where they can finally live with the love and care they deserve.
