Sterilization Campaigns
Over several years, Cruzada has carried out seven campaigns in the south of Lima We have always worked in extremely disadvantaged areas, often setting up improvised surgical units in very precarious conditions. Cruzada has funded hundreds of sterilization campaigns covering areas of extreme poverty in and around the city of Lima. The testimony to Cruzada's achievements to date is reflected in the thousands of dogs we have successfully treated. Here is a sample of some of them...

Rescue and Rehabilitation
We make every effort to restore the physical and emotional health of the dogs we rescue, ideally by finding them homes. These dogs suffer from the full range of diseases and disabilities that an animal living on the streets can have.

Millions of abandoned dogs on the streets of Peru suffer physical and emotional pain due to the abuse, neglect, hunger, and diseases to which they are exposed. Despite Crusade's efforts, our work only scratches the surface of the problem.

Cruzada for Life always strives to find a home for every rescued dog where they can finally live with the love and care they deserve.
